Indie Voices is a space for the people who make up the indie game community to talk about the things that matter to them, in their own words.
Interviews are great, but they're always guided by the questions. With Indie Voices, I want to remove the questions and hand over the microphone instead.
Maybe you want to talk about what inspires your work, a mechanic you pulled off, or what you've learned from releasing a game. Or maybe you've got ideas I couldn't even begin to think of.
You decide what story you want to tell.

Who can contribute?
Indie Voices isn't just for developers.
If you're part of the indie game community and have something worthwhile to say, I want to hear from you.
That includes developers, artists, writers, composers, voice actors, content creators, and other people who spend a lot of time in the indie games space.
You don't need a huge following, an established studio, or years of experience. You just need a story that's yours to tell.
What can I write about?
That's largely up to you.
Your article could be about a specific game or your general creative process, something you learned along the way, a way you've solved a problem, your experience working in indie games, advice for others, or simply something you think deserves to be talked about.
There are no interview questions to answer and no script to follow. I'll work with you to make sure the finished article works on TNT, but the opinions, experiences, and voice will always remain yours.
What isn't Indie Voices for?
TNT has always been a positive and welcoming space, and protecting that is incredibly important to me.
Indie Voices isn't a platform for drama. That includes personal attacks, inflammatory pieces, callouts, or articles primarily intended to tear down another person, game, studio, or section of the community.
That doesn't mean everything has to be relentlessly positive. Trust me, I know real experiences aren't always positive. You can talk about difficulties, mistakes, failures, frustrations, and things you wish were different. There's a difference between discussing those experiences thoughtfully and using TNT as a stage for controversy.
Submissions must also be written by you.
What happens to my article?
If your pitch is accepted, I'll send you the full submission guidelines so you know exactly what to do next.
Once you've written your piece, I'll handle the editing, formatting, SEO, and uploading. Any edits that could substantially change your meaning will be discussed with you rather than quietly rewritten.
The finished article will be published under your name with a short bio, information about your work, and links so readers can find more directly from you.
