Figured out why WIX was telling me I had too many contact forms despite only having one, and it allowed me to add an actual form to the Contact page!
Now you don't have to copy and paste my email - you're welcome!
Tweaked: Menu alignment

Moved the navigation menu approximately 10 pixels upwards because the uneven spacing was bothering me like an itch I couldn't scratch.
You probably didn't notice. I definitely did.

V2.05 - August 15, 2026
With the light green being incompatible with WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines, and my brain not happy with the new darker green, I've made a change, and the great enpurpling has occurred.
I put the replacement colors to a vote on X, and purple was the clear winner. Democracy has spoken.
This new purple is in line with AA guidelines, making The Nerdy Type more accessible overall.
It's also pretty, so there's that.

V2.02 - August 11, 2026
Turns out the old lighter green wasn't quite in line with WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines. Changed to a darker color as a temporary measure.
Known issues
Mobile layouts may occasionally choose violence.
Legacy WordPress pages may continue haunting Google Search until exorcism is complete.
Analytics may contain an unidentified user repeatedly refreshing the website. Investigation ongoing.
Article backlog continues to increase faster than the developer can write articles. This is unlikely to change any time soon.
The developer has not learned to leave the website alone after saying “I'll fix it tomorrow.”
The Nerdy Type remains maintained by one woman with an unreasonable number of tabs open.
Developer has more ideas than available development time. This is a known issue with no planned fix.
Accessibility is a work in progress, and sudden changes may occur with no notice to readers. (Please see update V2.05)
Fixed: The WordPress issue
V2.01 - August 9, 2026
Completed a full migration of all content from WordPress to WIX. Things are now running much more smoothly and looking a lot prettier.
